KUCHING: Tabuan Jaya Health Clinic has begun operations today (July 20), with the public advised to expect minor adjustments as the new healthcare facility settles into its routine.

Kuching South City Council (MBKS) Mayor Datuk Wee Hong Seng said such adjustments were normal for a newly opened healthcare facility and expressed confidence that the clinic would soon operate at full capacity.

“The dedicated medical team will quickly settle into their routines and the clinic will soon be able to provide efficient and quality healthcare services to the community,” he said in a statement.

He was visiting the clinic on its first day of operations today.

During the visit, Wee observed the clinic’s operations and met with doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare personnel.

He thanked the healthcare workers for their dedication and commitment in ensuring the clinic commenced operations smoothly.

Wee said he was pleased to see patient registration, consultation and pharmacy services running efficiently on the clinic’s opening day.

He also interacted with patients and wished them good health.

Meanwhile, Wee congratulated the clinic’s staff for their teamwork and professionalism in ensuring a smooth start to operations.
