KUCHING: The Sarawak State Health Department (JKNS) is calling for public donations to support the families of the victims of the recent helicopter crash in Long Lellang, Ulu Baram.
In a Facebook post on Thursday, JKNS said contributions of any amount would be greatly appreciated as the affected families cope with their loss.
The donations can be channelled through the Sarawak Medical Club’s Bank Islam account at 1105 9010 0103 82.
The contribution can be made by corporate bodies and members of the public.
JKNS said all funds collected would be channelled to the victims’ families through the Sarawak Medical Club.
It also extended its deepest condolences to the families and next-of-kin of all the victims, while urging the public to pray for the affected families and for their affairs to be eased during this difficult time.
