APM Limbang rushes woman suffering muscle cramps to hospital

LIMBANG: Civil Defence Force (APM) personnel in Limbang responded swiftly to assist a woman suffering from severe muscle cramps during an incident at Dewan Methodist Limbang on Sunday (May 10) evening.

The 46 year-old woman, was reported to be in stable condition but had difficulty moving after experiencing cramps in her right leg.

According to the district operations control centre, an emergency call was received from members of the public at about 6pm.

A four-member Squad Echo team, led by Pbt. (PA) Saifollee Buang, was immediately dispatched to the scene in an ambulance.

The team arrived within 12 minutes and administered initial treatment before transferring the woman to Hospital Limbang for further medical attention.

The patient was taken to the hospital at 6.17pm and arrived five minutes later.
