SIBU: A driver suffered minor injuries after his car skidded and overturned in the middle of the road last night (Sept 3).
The accident happened around 7.30 pm when the car, heading towards Sibu market, turned turtle along Jalan Lun.
A four-member team from the Civil Defence Force (APM) was promptly deployed to the scene.
APM Sibu district officer Major Wan Mohd Jabir Mohd Badrudin said the team provided initial treatment to the 23-year-old driver, who was at the bus stop near the crash site.
The driver, who sustained injuries to his right arm and right leg, was later taken to Sibu Hospital for further treatment.
