KUALA LUMPUR: Midyson Hair & Scalp Wellness, one of Malaysia’s most trusted scalp and hair wellness brands, proudly announced the grand opening of its 17th outlet in Kepong Menjalara, Kuala Lumpur. The celebratory event was marked by the official brand endorsement signing with well-known personality KK Wong, who joins Midyson as its newest Brand Ambassador. Presiding over the occasion was Midyson Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Ida Khoo, who expressed immense pride in the brand’s continued growth and its enduring mission to bring safe, herbal-based hair care to every Malaysian.

Ida Khoo began her journey in the hair and scalp wellness industry in 2010, a former professional in the electronics industry, whose life was profoundly shaped by the loss of two close relatives to cancer. Shaken by grief and alarmed by the presence of potentially harmful chemicals in everyday hair and skincare products, Ida embarked on a determined search for a natural alternative one that would allow her to care for her hair without compromising her health. Her search eventually led her to a herbal solution discovered through a chance reconnection with a former colleague in Singapore.
