SERIAN: A motorist sustained injuries after he lost control of his car and crashed into a road divider at Mile 29, Jalan Kuching-Serian last Saturday (Apr 3).
A spokesman from the State Fire Department operations centre said they received a distress call pertaining to the incident around 11.40pm.
Firemen from Serian station despatched to the scene found that the driver had been extricated by the public and taken to hospital for treatment. It is believed he was travelling alone when the incident occurred.
The firemen only cleaned up an oil spill on the road from the wrecked car before returning to station.
