KUCHING: A total of 600 bubur pedas were distributed to the folk here at Samariang Baru Phase 3 in conjunction with the Ramadan month.
The distribution which was held at Surau Darul Falah yesterday was organised by the Samariang Baru Phase 3’s Village Development and Security Committees (JKKK), Kejiranan Rukun Tertangga (KRT) and the surau’s committee members.
The programme was attended by Petra Jaya MP Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof who also helped in distributing the bubur pedas to the congregation here after the Asar prayers.
The programme was also attended by Samariang assemblywoman Datuk Sharifah Hasidah Sayeed Aman Ghazali.
