KUCHING: The Head of State Tun Pehin Sri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar has expressed confidence that the state will continue to progress under the leadership of Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg.
In a Facebook statement, he said Sarawak’s sustainable and inclusive policies would drive rapid development, ensuring long-term prosperity and the well-being of its people.
The Governor shared his views during a meeting with Abang Johari at the Astana Negeri Sarawak today.
The session, held at 10 am, served as a Pre-Council discussion ahead of the Sarawak Cabinet Meeting.
During the meeting, Abang Johari presented key administrative matters for the Governor’s consideration in accordance with the Sarawak Constitution.
Wan Junaidi also provided insights and advice on crucial issues to further strengthen the state’s policies and development strategies.
The discussion took place in a cordial and cooperative atmosphere, reflecting a shared commitment to advancing Sarawak’s progress and ensuring continued prosperity for its people.
