MIRI: Four poor families in Pujut Adong here recently had their houses repaired through the Sarawak Poor Housing Improvement Programme (PPRMS).
Yesterday, Pujut assemblyman Adam Yii Siew Sang inspected the completed houses and handed them over to their respective owners.
According to Yii, the cost of repairs for each house amounted to RM10,000.
He added that poor families who require government assistance for house repairs are encouraged to apply.
