KUCHING: Seven illegal foreigners, including a woman, were deported to their country after entering Malaysia via separate locations yesterday (July 30).
A spokesman for the First Infantry Division said the Indonesians were caught entering the country at different times by border patrols.

Two of them were detained at 7 am at the Kandaie sector, two at 3 pm at the Sungai Paoh army post, and three at 4.30 pm in Biawak.
All of them, including a woman, aged between 31 and 46, did not have any passports or work passes.
No prohibited items were found on the illegal immigrants. However, when caught they had with them a motorcycle, phones and cash worth RM10,392.
They were deported through the Indonesian National Army (TNI-AD) control post in Kumba Semunying.
A police report was lodged with the Lundu police station.
