SIBU: The Champions of Tomorrow Bootcamp 2024: Shaping Visionary Youths, held from Nov 29 to Dec 1 at Kem Sri Rajang, Regiment 510, here aims to nurture competitive and high-integrity future leaders.

Organising chairman Raden Khairulzaman Raden Bustari said the programme was tailored to teenagers and youths aged 15 to 20, focusing on developing self-potential, leadership, and teamwork.

“The programme is filled with various interactive modules, including physical activities, character development workshops, leadership training, and motivational sessions.

“With the theme “Creating Tomorrow’s Champions,” the bootcamp was specially crafted to challenge participants in multiple aspects such as mental resilience, courage to take risks, social awareness, and volunteerism,” he said in a statement today (Dec 2).

He added that the programme has garnered attention from various parties, including youth communities, parents, and local organisations, all supporting the effort to shape visionary young leaders.

“We aim to produce champions who excel not only in personal achievements but also in creating a positive impact on society,” he said.

The programme was organised by Seroja FC, in collaboration with the Rakan Muda Academy and Impact Malaysia.

The next series will be held in Song, Kapit.
