KUCHING: The Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (SHEDA) Property Expo 2025 will take place on August 22-24 at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK).

Touted as the largest property exhibition in Sarawak, this annual showcase will gather leading developers, home lifestyle exhibitors, and property seekers under one roof.

“The 2025 edition introduces a refreshed layout to optimise exhibitor visibility and visitor engagement,” said organising chairman, Peter Lau.

“SHEDA is encouraging early registration to secure prime booth locations and maximise savings.

“SHEDA members are entitled to a 10 per cent early bird discount, while non-members receive eight per cent – both applicable for those who register and make a 50 per cent upfront payment by May 6,” Lau said.

Returning exhibitors from the 2022-2024 expos are eligible for an additional nine per cent discount, with members receiving a further exclusive ten per cent off.

“This year, SHEDA is expecting to accommodate 60 booths at the event, offering ample opportunities for businesses to connect with potential buyers and industry peers,” said Lau.

“This expo is more than just an exhibition; it is a valuable platform for homebuyers – including those considering the Sarawak Malaysia My Second Home (SMM2H) programme – to explore a wide variety of property options,” he added.

This year, the expo will also feature SHEDA Encore, a concurrent industry conference to further support knowledge-sharing and networking among stakeholders.
