KUCHING: Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg has briefed Head of State Tun Pehin Sri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar on several matters to be considered by the Sarawak Government.
According to a statement from Astana Sarawak, the briefing took place during a courtesy visit by Abang Johari to Wan Junaidi at the Astana Negeri Sarawak here today.
The visit was held in conjunction with the State Cabinet meeting taking place today.
During the meeting, Abang Johari also updated Wan Junaidi on the latest developments in Sarawak.
The two also exchanged views and discussed several matters concerning the state’s administration, economy and social affairs, particularly those affecting the interests and wellbeing of the people.
Wan Junaidi expressed his appreciation for the Premier’s commitment to advancing Sarawak’s development agenda and efforts to improve the wellbeing of the people across the state.
