MIRI: The government and private sectors must continue to build a strong and growing economy via creative and innovative cultures.
“This is why the Malaysian Productivity Corporation (MPC) aims to strengthen the creativity and innovation culture within an organisation via team excellence initiatives,” said Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan.

“This platform allows organisations to transform their creative ideas and share it with others.”
Awang Tengah’s text of speech was read by Industries and Investment Assistant Minister Malcom Mussen Lamoh at the closing ceremony of a two-day Team Excellence Convention for Sabah and Sarawak at a leading hotel here yesterday.
A total of 480 participants from 38 organisations from both the government and private sectors took part in the event.
Tengah added that to be successful in their fields, they must keep up with the industry’s latest trends and stay ahead of their competitors.
“Therefore, creative thinking is the way to go by dreaming up of unique ways of doing things.
“Go for creativity and innovation,” he urged.
