PADAWAN: Deputy Minister of Transport (Road and Aviation) Datuk Dr. Jerip Susil has approved a Minor Rural Project (MRP) grant of RM50,000 for SK Saint Gile, Kampung Git.
He said that the funds are intended for the school’s Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) to facilitate annual student activities.
Dr. Jerip, who is also the Mambong assemblyman, made these remarks at the school’s Annual Sports Day recently.
Furthermore, he urged the school to continuously improve its curriculum and academic performance.
Additionally, he announced an allocation of RM100,000 under the MRP to the association of headmasters in the constituency for the implementation of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) programme in the area.
