Singer Zizi Kirana has welcomed with gratitude the news that singer and composer Yasin Sulaiman, 51, has been discharged from Hospital Bahagia Ulu Kinta in Perak after more than three years of treatment.
The 41-year-old Zizi said Yasin’s latest development would undoubtedly bring joy to the many fans who have been eagerly awaiting his return to music.
“MasyaAllah, Tabarakallah, Alhamdulillah, I am extremely grateful and happy to hear that Abang Yasin has been discharged.
The news is particularly meaningful for Zizi as Yasin’s return comes shortly after they released ‘Yang Tinggal’, a song which also features rapper Malique.
Speaking about ‘Yang Tinggal’, Zizi hopes the song will serve as one of the first small steps towards Yasin returning to music and sharing his work with fans as he did before.
“I sincerely hope this song will be one of the small steps towards Abang Yasin returning to music and sharing something with his fans as he used to. InsyaAllah.
“I pray that Allah continues to grant Abang Yasin strength, good health and peace of mind. Let us all pray for the best for him,” she said enthusiastically.
Earlier, Yasin’s brother, Zain Sulaiman, confirmed that the singer had been discharged from Hospital Bahagia, bringing an end to his three-year-and-four-month stay at the institution.
The 51-year-old singer’s return was met with gratitude by his close family members.
Zain said the family had been contacted by the hospital management last week to inform them of the decision to discharge Yasin, in accordance with the procedures in place.
