MIRI: Pustaka Negeri Sarawak has come up with a variety of online reading materials accessible to all groups of society wherever they may be for free during the movement control order (MCO) period.
The initiative is to help reduce the current burden of Malaysians who are at home most of the time during the MCO and find it difficult to have access to the latest reference material or news. This initiative is expected to provide easy access to information and reference resources at all times for the communities.
During this MCO period, the public can also enjoy free digital reading materials provided by Pustaka in collaboration with UBSM (University Book Store Malaysia).
Among the digital reading materials available are Britannica Library, Gale’s collection of health, biography, global science and issues, colourful children’s books, exam preparation for TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC and CEFR, online maths study, Press Reader (e-newspaper) and lots more.
