KABONG: Betong Integrated Development Agency (BIDA) held its development project meeting at the local service centre on yesterday (July 4).
It was chaired by local assemblyman Mohd Chee Kadir.
According to a news report by Sarawak Public Communication Unit (UKAS), it was Mohd Chee’s initial initiative to get several high-impact projects under BIDA jointly discussed.
This is because several minor rural projects (MRPs) and rural transformation projects (RTPs) have been planned for implementation in Kabong constituency.
During the meeting Mohd Chee expressed a hope that with the establishment of BIDA, several projects can be developed even if financial allocations for the MRPs or RTPs are limited.
