The recipients comprised 150 retired Royal Malaysia Police personnel and 151 Malaysian Armed Forces veterans.

Sarawak Head of State Tun Pehin Sri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar presented the medals during an investiture ceremony at Pullman Hotel here.
