MIRI: Only those fully vaccinated against Covid-19 are allowed to enter Miri City Council premises from now onwards.
This was disclosed in a statement released today (Aug 21) by Miri City Council (MCC).
The statement said that visitors should have completed two doses of inoculations of the Covid-19 vaccines before they could enter Miri City Council Main Building at Jalan Raja, UTC Miri, Miri Public Library and its branches as well as other MCC premises.
Visitors should produce their Covid-19 Vaccination Digital Certificate at the check-point in front of the office entrance, it added.
This is in line with the additional health requirements as laid down under Phase Three of the Sarawak National Recovery Plan (NRP) apart from the ongoing standard operating procedures ( SOPs ) of wearing face-masks, checking of body temperature, register of visitors through MySejahtera or Visitors Record Book.
